Mentees, mentor, and mentee families meet at least twice a month during the first month and once a month every month thereafter concerning; mentoring activities, the mentee’s outcomes, child safety issues, the quality of the mentoring relationship, and the impact of mentoring on the mentee using a standardized form & procedure incorporating evidence-based protocol.

Also, a staff member will be required to communicate with the parents of the mentee once a week at an agreed date and time to address appropriate match and the satisfaction of objectives.
